If it's not then what good does worrying about a thing I can't change do me? Now if I could just shut my brain off by saying SHUT UP, or some other nicer version and it would listen, that would be great.Sherryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00328866430156879312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2292333714015045003.post-74130207802497113002013-06-19T14:59:49.543-05:002013-06-19T14:59:49.543-05:00Excellent post. What will be will be....Thank you for posting this.

What will be will be. You cannot change the past. The future has yet to happen. All you have is the present moment and all you will ever have is the present moment. When this is fully realized, it becomes much easier to let go. I'm a long-time meditater and it has taken years to get to this point. I still have "hiccups" every now and then and have step outside of myself in order to let something go.Pagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10662354194885905183noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2292333714015045003.post-21916953054761292232013-06-18T23:38:26.637-05:002013-06-18T23:38:26.637-05:00This is so true. There are factors behind each person that led them to where they are mentally. It comes down to accepting people for what they are. Although at times, it's hard to put all judgement aside. My worst is at night. I'll wake up from a dream that usually pertains to something in my life, then it starts the whole process of overthinking things at night when I should be sleeping. That glass can get pretty darn heavy at times! Maybe they are the same thing but I know in a month I'll be lucky to get more than 4 hours of sleep straight a night. My brain never stops, I even went for help, didn't work...

If I could I'd break the glass... :)

ErikErik's RV Blog https://www.blogger.com/profile/17149039572885361450noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2292333714015045003.post-17447931511825211682013-06-18T17:04:20.561-05:002013-06-18T17:04:20.561-05:00I think I've been fairly successful at putting...I think I've been fairly successful at putting down that glass of water each afternoon.
