Weather, illness, mysteries, death, new life and other things can change the direction of your life.
I'm on an Amtrak train heading back to San Antonio and then will drive the RV to Aransas Pass to work short-term at the tax office preparing returns on extension.

ReplyDeleteI've always wanted to ride an Amtrak Train. Aransas Pass is where I grew up. My grandfather was a shrimper there and had his own bait stand. If you go to the Maritime Museum in Rockport you can see a replica of his boat "Rascal" that I donated in his memory. I have SO many wonderful childhood memories growing up there!
ReplyDeleteI was just looking at some of my blog posts of my stay in Port Aransas and wondering if I will ever get back that way. I really loved camping on the beach.
