Not much going on around here, except getting ready for my garage sale. It will be held next week for 4 days, Thursday thru Sunday.
On Wednesday this week, I went back to the Four Star Campground in Marseilles, IL. My friends Tom & Nancy were there and I went to meet them. No pictures, I left the SD card in the computer at home. We had a good time, sitting around talking and remembering good times at the campground. All of the Fourth of July campers had gone home and it was nice and quiet.
I could have driven my car to the campground and stayed in one of their campers, but I took my coach. I guess I just like being in my own space at night.
Remember that when you leave this Earth, you can take with you nothing that you have received, only what you have given, a full heart enriched by honest service, love, sacrifice and courage. -St. Francis of Assisi

ReplyDeleteDon't we all! Glad you got to have some fun!
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the garage sale.
ReplyDeleteNo matter where you're parked when you close the curtains at night, you're Home. Nice to get away, especially before a 4-day garage sale. Good luck with that.
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean. I will go places in my motor home almost as soon as I get back from the mountains.Thats what is so good about living in AZ year round camping.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you are getting good use out of your coach, One night is better than none. :)
I think we would all rather be in our own beds at night. Aren't RVs grand?
